Chapter 46
To the chief Musician{H8764)} for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God is our refuge and strength, a very present{H8738)} help in trouble.
Therefore will not we fear{H8799)}, though the earth be removed{H8687)}, and though the mountains be carried{H8800)} into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof roar{H8799)} and be troubled{H8799)}, though the mountains shake{H8799)} with the swelling thereof. Selah.
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad{H8762)} the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved{H8735)}: God shall help{H8799)} her, and that right{H8800)} early.
The heathen raged{H8804)}, the kingdoms were moved{H8804)}: he uttered{H8804)} his voice, the earth melted{H8799)}.
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Come{H8798)}, behold{H8798)} the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made{H8804)} in the earth.
He maketh wars to cease{H8688)} unto the end of the earth; he breaketh{H8762)} the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder{H8765)}; he burneth{H8799)} the chariot in the fire.
Be still{H8685)}, and know{H8798)} that I am God: I will be exalted{H8799)} among the heathen, I will be exalted{H8799)} in the earth.
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
